On 14th May, we encountered an issue that affected the sending back of results into Opera intregrations. This was caused by an SSL certificate renewal, which was signed by a new Sectigo root certificate. Our Opera integration did not have this new root certificate it it's trust store, which broke the SSL connection. We have now added this new Sectigo root certificate to the application's trust store, which fixed the communication issue. We were also able to manually push across all the outstanding notifications back to Opera which did not automatically send during the incident.
