Resolved - An issue occured on Sunday 17th May with the URL shortener service, which is used by SOTpay to provide short links within emails/SMS sent to customers. I.e. payment links beginning with https://uga.la/xxxxxx.
As a result, some payment links sent to customers did not include a valid URL. This issue appeared relatively isolated as it did not affect all payment links.
This issue was investigated and resolved by our out of hours support team yesterday, and subsequent monitoring indictates that all newly-created shortened links are working correctly.
However please be advised that any emails sent on 17th that did not contain a valid URL will still not work. We advise that you re-send a new email for the same transaction, which will now contain a working URL.

Resolved - On 14th May, we encountered an issue that affected the sending back of results into Opera intregrations.
This was caused by an SSL certificate renewal, which was signed by a new Sectigo root certificate. Our Opera integration did not have this new root certificate it it's trust store, which broke the SSL connection. We have now added this new Sectigo root certificate to the application's trust store, which fixed the communication issue.
We were also able to manually push across all the outstanding notifications back to Opera which did not automatically send during the incident.
For more info about the root certificate change, see https://www.sectigo.com/sectigo-public-root-cas-migration
