Email deliverability issue to microsoft domains

Resolved - We are seeing email delivery to Microsoft accounts return to normal since 16:30 yesterday, we will however contine to monitor this today.

Identified - We have liased with Microsoft support and the issue is currently being investigated.

Investigating - We are currently seeing a siginifcant proportion of emails that we are sending to microsoft domains (e.g. hotmail.com, hotmail.co.uk, outlook.com, etc) not being delivered. No other receiving domains appear to be affected. We are investigating this issue and will update asap.

What’s coming: A new Analytics tab within the MMS.
When: Launching in Feburary.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new Analytics Dashboard in the Merchant Management System (MMS), designed to give you instant, visual insights into performance and trends.
The new dashboard will deliver visual insights inside the MMS, which can be used instead of or alongside exporting the data in a report.

Dashboards displaying:
- Acceptance rates and decline reasons
- Transaction volumes and performance trends
- Monthly Revenue and Transaction Count
